Last Saturday I was able to take my good friend Carla to the temple to watch her sister's family be sealed. It was a sweet experience for me because I miss being with her. In her healthier years we use to go to the temple together. I would always tell her I loved to go with her because she got all the special treatment! While I was with her I realized I didn't have a single picture of her. I didn't want to take one of her in her bed so I started to carry my little camera to church with me. I can't explain why I felt so strongly to get a picture with my dear friend. I guess I just realized that I don't know how much time I have left with her.
I love this sweet friend of mine so much! She has taught me so many things. Things like patience, love, kindness, forgiveness, obedience, faith, humility, and so much more!
