Today Zack was out shoveling snow with his friends. He came home because the snowblower ran out of gas. Zack didn't even have any gloves on! I asked him why he didn't have gloves, and before Zack could reply, Ty blurted out, "He's a moron! He's a teenager and all teenagers are morons, so he's a moron!
It should be fun having Ty as a moron (uh...teenager) soon.

Christmas with Becky's Family
We spent Christmas Day with Becky's family. We ate a lot of great food, and had a good time visiting with family. Here are some of the pictures of the event.
Becky's mom (Diane) got a new bike...
Here's Becky's cousin Russell, who leaves on his mission on January 6th!
Zack playing some Guitar Hero 5 that his uncle Darrin just got for Christmas...
Our redneck bro-in-law Matt...
Here's a great picture of Becky...she's so excited to be here, yet Emma looks bored.
Here's some love from my niece...she's going to be a real heart-breaker!
Here's Ty being goofy for the camera...
Zack took a ton of pictures while we were there at Becky's parents house. He not only took tons of picutures of people, but also of objects around their house. Of the pictures Zack took, I especially thought this picture was cool...
And we end with the Christmas pinata...Becky's dad (Tom) always has trouble with the holding mechanism. Here he had to defend himself with the pinata as his shield.

Christmas Eve Party at Mom & Dad Willard's
We were able to get together for our annual tradition of Christmas Eve at Mom & Dad's house. We enjoyed good food and lots of laughter. We read through the Luke 2 account of Christ's birth as we sing hymns at the various parts of the story.
This year I was the main one taking pictures, and here are some of the better ones I took...
My Dad...
My Mom...
My sister Brenda...
My sister Tibi...
My nephew Trevor...
My nephew Pierce...
Some of my nieces...
And my niece Jorgen, who loves to be a star...

Surrogate Daughters for a Weekend
This last weekend we were able to be parents to two beautiful little girls since Becky's sister had a new baby girl on Saturday.
We were in bed Saturday morning when we got a call from Becky's sister asking us if we could come over to their house for a while. At first I didn't know who I was talking to, and I was thinking, "Who is this?"
We picked the girls up at about 7:30 AM, and we had them until the next day at around 6:00 PM. I can't believe how much energy it takes to watch two girls! Our boys helped us keep them entertained most of the time.
Ty asked us what it was like having four children...Becky and I agree that it was a lot more work than what we expected.
Here are some pictures of all the girls and some fun things we got to do with them.
Here's Emma...
Here's Morgan...I love this picture.
Here they are as angels in the nativity scene at our family Christmas party Saturday morning....
The girls in their pretty dresses just before church...
Emma with her new baby sister Sadie...
Morgan with Sadie...
And the newest member of the family...Sadie. Welcome to the world, Sadie!

This morning we had a wonderful Christmas party with the Sessions at the old rock chapel in Farmington. Here are a few pictures from the event.
I'll start out with the best one - Marni kissing Santa!

So I guess we have a blog?!
Surprise! Matt got a new camera and is super excited about it. It looks like he has taken his excitement to a new level and started a family blog. I love to read other people's blogs but am a little more hesitant to post my own feelings, events etc. Oh well, maybe this will be fun?
In the meantime, here are some photos of our Weir Christmas party. Merry Christmas!
(Notice-photo's taken with old icky camera. New "great" pictures coming soon.)

Some Photography
This one was of our tropical plant in our house. I'm basically looking straight up from the ground.
Here's my favorite photo so far, which Zack took of his glasses.
