I was on the Right...

Last week I took Ty in for his football physical. He has had one every year for the past 4 years and everything has always been normal, a little on the skinny side but normal overall. This year our chiropractor did his physical. When the exam was over he told me Ty had significant hearing loss in his right ear. Probably due to all the ear infections he had his first two years. Our chiropractor then instructed me to let his school teachers know so they can seat him on their right side when they face him to teach so his left ear is in a better position to hear everything. During this discussion Ty was quietly sitting...and listening.

Sunday after church we asked Ty what he learned in Primary. His response. "I don't know I was on the right side and couldn't hear...

A Chain of Events

So as you saw in an earlier post Matt was in a car accident. The insurance adjuster checked out the damage and decided his car was "a total loss." Matt is doing well, he visits the Chiropractor a couple of times a week and had to slow done on working out/golf ect but other than that he is okay. Due to this accident the following chain of events took place...

Matt was trilled I"let" him buy something with air conditioning. It was quite an upgrade from what he has always driven.

Then because it is a nice, newer car we decided it better go in the garage but I was not willing to give up my space so we then bought this...

Then all our tile/home improvement projects were put on hold. We did manage to finally get our garden in on the ONE Saturday that didn't rain this season. Matt is finally healed up enough that I can once again use his labor and blue collar skills and not feel too bad about it! This week we are going to be laying the tile in our laundry room, we have never layed tile before (although we have studied up) so wish us luck!
